Aperol Spritz

The moment I land in Italy my first thought is “Let’s spritz.” I don’t need to explain this to you. It’s time you get spritzed.

Ingredients for 1

Process

  • 2 ounces Aperol (I recommend X brand) 
  • 2 ournces prosecco or champagne 
  • 1 ¼ inch orange slice 
  • Ice 
  1. Fill a glass ¾ full of ice
  2. Pour Aperol over ice 
  3. Pop champagne, pour over ice 
  4. Stir
  5. Add juicy orange slice
