Banana Date Shake

This potassium and omega packed smoothie is decadent, yet healthy.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 3 frozen bananas 
  • 3 dates, seeds removed
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 ½  tablespoons good quality cocoa powder 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup chopped kale 
  • 1 cup cashew, almond, or hemp milk 
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup ice

Process

  1. Add all ingredients to blender — blend until smooth 
  2. Enjoy guilt free
